Investing in Our Web CMS
Crain's Media Business Magazine just published an article about how we are going about the process of upgrading our web technology. You might find it helpful in explaining how we are investing in our web content management system (CMS).

Coincidentally, our online and IT development groups are spending this week and next with Ajit Patel, the company's Chief Technology Officer, who is over from his base in London. They are developing the rollout plans for how we will implement the new CMS--which sites will rollout when and in what order--as well as how the other web-related capabilities we need will be built. I'll have more to say after they brief me at the end of next week.
